Need .dll file

Can someone run and add the compiled .dll file? i cannot for the life of me figure out how to and this is exactly what i need to create my minecraft reverse language. i'll try to find an alternative, but it'd be nice as well if someone could do it first.

Reversing range of characters?

Could by any chance we get reversing only specific characters only. As I want to reverse the arabic letters in the file without touching the English ones

64 bit release

I've converted a 32bit version to a 64bit version, it compiled easily and with no problems in the newest CodeBlocks dev, and works just fine in Notepad++ 64bit 8.5.8 (but I didn't test it deeply, thus can't guarantee 100% stability, also there is an additional library attached which is required in the newest versions of CodeBlocks).
