How to deploy

Clone this repo to an easy-to-find place on your computer. For example, this clones the repo to a folder called LikeFree in your Desktop:

cd Desktop && git clone https://github.com/mrvivacious/LikeFree.git LikeFree

Go to chrome://extensions in Chrome and turn on "Developer mode" in the top right corner.
Select "LOAD UNPACKED" and load the folder of LikeFree.

Updating the extension

Reload the extension through chrome://extensions.

Twitter support!

As a person who uses Twitter in any capacity,
I want to not see the social metrics on that platform either
In order to stop seeing myself spend time wondering why some tweets / ppl get as much feedback as they do for posting whatever they did and then walking away from the whole experience with a headache and thinking less about myself as a person and the random people on twitter that ill prolly never meet in real life

Work description

• On Twitter, collect the css classes/ids for the social metrics
• Add the corresponding delete code into likefree.js

Notes
Add code to check what site we're on before running the deletion, in order to isolate the classnames and ids (in the edge case that two sites happen to use the same identifier and we delete a meaningful component off of one website)?

Instagram doesn't render sometimes

IG page will not load...
IG loads fine when browsing in incognito mode even with LikeFree enabled.

• Look at what elements are being deleted and how they affect DOM + find speed improvements?
