BUFF Implementation

C1355 has BUFF gate type and node.is_sensible and node.semi_detect do not have this gate available. I do not want to mess with this because I am not quite sure what the correct way to do to this is. When you get a chance, can you add these gates so I can run STAFAN and other analysis that uses the above methods?

TPI Candidates by Entropy

Implement a function that takes an entropy details file as an input and produces a list of TPI candidates based on the user request. User provides input file of nodes and their entropy that is generated previously, and the number of candidates requested (N). Output is a list of N nodes that are TPI candidates

Bs and Ds are sometimes 0 and division by zero is not possible.
