githubtrendingrss's Issues

All feeds are broken

Because the design of github.com/trending was changed. I'd fix this issue this weekend.

Repo Description in RSS Feed

Right now there doesn't seem to be any way to access the description of a repo in the RSS feed. I wonder if the description field, which right now mirrors content, could be used for this?

Awesome project by the way, thanks for making it!

RSS entry per day/week/month instead of entry per repo

Hi, thanks for creating these feeds. I've found a lot of use for them!

I was wondering if it was possible to create alternative feeds that generated an entry per day/week/month and kept a history of the last 10 or so days/weeks/months. I would find it much easier to consume these feeds once every week in one entry instead of flooding my feed reader with a bunch of entries every week.

For example, this is how the github-trending-repos repo works. If you subscribe to an issue you get one email notification per week with a list of repos instead of 10 separate emails: https://github.com/vitalets/github-trending-repos

More useful title

Great job on this project!

I feel like the title could be a little bit more descriptive. For example, instead of just displaying the repository name it could also include the first n characters of the description. That way I don't have to open it in my RSS reader just to see if I'm interested in knowing more.
