Add a delete feature

Suppose we want to delete a certain movie from the list, then add a feature to delete an item from the list.

Tasks to be completed from this:

• Add a Delete feature either by button or certain event like right-click

Add a feature to mark the movie as watched

After we have created the list, suppose we have watched one of the movies from the list, then we want a feature to mark that movie as watched.

Tasks to be completed from this:

• Add a mark as watched feature either by button or certain event like left click

I am Nilay Pandya, earlier today my Pull Request was merged with the project. But on checking my profile on Hacktoberfest 2021 Official website it shows this project is not participating in the Hacktoberfest 2021.

Add a subgroup feature for different genres of movies

We want to add a feature of creating subgroups of different genres of movies like a different list for Hollywood movies, Web Series, Anime, Bollywood movies, etc

Task to be completed from this:

• Add a create new list button.
• The new list should have one heading to write different genres(Anime, Series, etc) and then the list of movies we want to write.
• Here again, I should be able to mark as watched and delete a movie from the list of subgroups.

Sharing your watch list

Get List

So the issue with the project was how to let user get the list created.

Here I have an idea.

Let there be an option where user can click on button "Get List".
Here User have to enter his/her Email Address and once submitting the address.

Email will be sent to the user containing the list created by user.

I have a raw plan to create its front end design.

Please allow me to work on this Idea.

Creating a list of Items when Entered

Right now what the site is doing is that Whenever I press Enter after writing the movie name it resets the input and the movie name entered is not visible.

So create a Javascript file such that it stores the list of movie names and shows it as a list.

Tasks to be completed:

1. Create a list of the movies that are Entered in the given field.
2. Show the list entered in an attractive-looking way.

adding short movie description section

i want to add section to add description section and rating section where user can describe movie in short and can rate that movie..

Changing UI

I would like to work on front end for this project....
Right now the UI is raw and unacceptable....

i want to add security checks for website

i would like to improve user interface.

i want to add login and signup feature with captcha code.

i want to connect this website with database and want to do some backend work like user session management.after doing this user can see only his/her list after login in website.

i also want to add security checks to prevent attacks like sql injection and xss attack etc.
