Missing train_data_patch_16x16.hdf5 file

Thank you very much for such a comprehensive programming of the work done in the paper. I followed the implementations. However, I saw that the train_data_patch_16x16.hdf5 file in the Network_Model_Transmission.ipynb is missing in the Github upload.

Can you please provide a link to this file? Or better still, a summary on how it was created so I can proceed into creating and using it? Thank you very much.
