IDEA, combine whole worl of taxes into one single json object.
Application: Stripe sends country and zip code. Tax can be added for digital products.


Countries, 
USA taxes, http://www.sale-tax.com/
  zip2fips->state(tax),county(tax)
  state rates
  city, special is missing...
Canada, canada.json , province is got with postal code first letter
EU taxes, jsonvat.com
Other countries taxes, wikipedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Value-added_tax

A script which slowly downloads data and updates the data accordingly. The script can be paused at anytime.
