UPDATE I just installed MBHD x64 on my laptop and connected to my Bonded router. It is syncing.
My Bonded router is the DSL router so I am bypassing my LAN (10.x.x.x) and only using my DSL (192.168.0.1)...
Could this be a DHCP issue? My laptop is wireless, win10, but its x64 NOT x86.
I have been locked out since Feb so my last backup was in Feb. I have NEVER had MBHD on my laptop. next I will completely wipe MBHD from my Server and try the 32bit install again.
Please still give me any advice you can. I want MBHD on my server at home not my laptop!

TBH I'm not sure how your network is preventing syncing.
The fact that you can see peers ok means you most likely have port 8333 open.
There wasn't an upgrade to the network code (bitcoinj) in the last update.
