Update for 1.3.2

This plugin is a lot of fun for the Skylands on our server. Any way it could be updated for for the latest Bukkit / Multiverse?
Seems to get an error now when players fall off the world.

Flying "up" worlds

Not sure if this is fixable, but when you fly up into the above world with creative, your flying state is turned off so you just directly fall back down into the other world.

PS. Thanks for the very quick fix with the last issue.

Overlap Request

I'd like to be able to build towers from one world to another, with a 1 layer (or configurable, whatever) overlap so that you can keep building right after the warp.
