Doesn't work with baseURL '.'

Doesn't work with:

    "rootDir": ".",
    "baseUrl": ".",
    "paths": {
      "@lib/*": ["lib/*"]
    },

Works with:

    "rootDir": "./",
    "baseUrl": "./",
    "paths": {
      "@lib/*": ["lib/*"]
    },

The fix is probably:

mappedModuleId = baseUrl + mapTo.replace(/\*$/, wildCardPart)

mappedModuleId = join(baseUrl, mapTo.replace(/\*$/, wildCardPart))
