I don't know about you, but I have gotten tired of the same old request/response architecture of HTTP and your typical websites. Yes, with the advent of AJAX and JQuery, we have been able to hide fact that we are constantly creating connections and HTTP requests from our browser to the server. Well no more. With some very basic knowledge and a really awesome framework, you can now begin to create real-time web applications that use persistent connections. And I'm going to show you how.
