Form Controls Don't Mark Changeset as dirty in some cases

In some cases, the custom form controls don't mark the changesets as dirty and just update the external model through the value property.

Under the hood, ember-bs form-elements use an onChange curried action to update the state of the form's internal model.

Table component - Figure out how to expose the actual table

This is necessary for things like table row selection and whatnot.

Table component w/ defaultRecordQuery is confusing

Currently to provide a defaultRecordQuery it's required to also use table filtering.

You can get around this by overriding the RecordQuery directly on the table component, but doing that and also having filtering would conflict. Need to clean this up so there is a consistent API for providing a default query.

Table component - Add support for yielding the box header & footer

Change confirm button styles

Confirm Button cancel should be btn-default

We all deserve a better box

Rewrite the box component to use contextual components instead of block slots.

This should allow for easier modifier classes being added to individual boxes... Plus we can add border colors and whatnot through specific attributes.

Make current-user service more generic

There are a number of very specific routes and whatnot that need to be turned into configuration or something.

Furthermore, the feature flags, etc... could also be reviewed.
