🚀 Config file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be more convenient to have the default values for the command line options stored in a config file, so you don't have to type them every time.

I'd like a config.ini file read by ConfigParser which is accessible to the user.

Describe alternatives you've considered
It could also remember the previous values for the command line options.
It would also be even more convenient if it also searched for config files in the current directory, so you could set up a config file for specific directories.

🚀 Subtract duration from each file

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's pretty common for series to have an opening that is usually skipped, so the option to subtract a set duration from each file would give a more accurate estimate.

Add an option to subtract a timedelta from each file. This should be off by default.

🚀 Additive range selector

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When I have a number of episodes I want to watch, and I'm in the middle of a series, I have to take the episode I will start with (e.g. 26) and add the number of additional episodes I want to watch (6-1=5) in order to calculate the range of episodes to input, like 26-31.

Describe the solution you'd like
Just as the program accepts a range like x-y, I would like it to accept x+y, meaning episode x plus the y next episodes.
