MailChimp integration fails

When using the MailChimp integration, clicking subscribe in the signup form simply adds "?mailchimp_signup=1" to the URL, but that doesn't seem to do anything but reload the page.

::-moz-input-placeholder doesn't exist

wp-subscribe.css has a couple of instances of a non-existent property.

HTTPS Feedburner.

Great work, love it!

Though 1 issue or more so a request, please include a check box option on the widget so we can set the Feedburner URL we enter to append to an https:// link or please check if the widget is showing on a https page and append the link accordingly.

As right now the widget defaults the feedburner name to an http link and if placed on a page requiring https it prevents the green secure lock sign on Chrome showing, which then requests its appended to https via console.
