Improve performance on checking expired keys

When checking for expired keys and delete the waste ones we iterate over the whole map which is O(n). So we have to apply a more optimised one solution. Some proposed solution:

• spawn a goroutine for each delete just after the insertion
• use a heap to keep the eviction time
