Can't access the web app

Hello there,
I was very happy to stumble on your repo. This is exactly what I wanted for my Inkplate. Thank you very much!

Unfortunately, I have no real experience with esp32 and for some reason I can't get web app to load. Both commands (uploadfs and upload) are passing succesfully and I'm able to get to the the setup screen.

But after connecting to the network and visiting the web address (192.168.4.1) I'm getting a simple "Not found" message. I've checked IP address, and it is good. So, I'm stuck and I'm not sure how to debug it to see if the filesystem is properly populated.

I would appreciate if you have any idea how to get it up and running.

EDIT: I actually managed to find logs and I can see this one:

E (36265) webapp: File not found: /spiffs/index.html
W (36265) httpd_txrx: httpd_resp_send_err: 404 Not Found - Not found.
