Proposal for Adding Animation to Website - Sliding Boxes

Hey , I am GSsoc'23 contributor and I would like to propose the addition of an animation feature to our website, specifically implementing sliding boxes that enter from the left and right sides. This animation will enhance the visual appeal and user experience of our website, providing an engaging and dynamic interface for our visitors.

Improving the grammar

1)The main Introduction is about Chaibasa Engineering College only. Changes can be made by mentioning that resources and notes for a particular department are available accordingly.
2)The last line which says "Our Valuable Contributor" can be improved.Conveying a message saying that our contributors are valuable to us and that open-source contributions are welcomed.
It could be updated as "We value our contributors and Contributions to this website are welcomed".
