Source files

In this repository we give two sets of source files -- LaTeX and PreTeXt.

LaTeX sources

• See the LaTeX directory
• Separate subdirectories for the textbook and problembook
• Sources written in (reasonably) standard LaTeX
• Some extra files for styling and handling problem sets
• Compile into PDFs using pdfTeX (pdflatex)

PreTeXt sources

• See the pretext directory
• Single directory for the textbook with exercises included.
• Sources written in (reasonably) standard PreTeXt
• The hints, answers and solutions are included in appendices.
• The source files can be compiled into HTML or a PDF (via a .tex intermediary)
