more effect settings

hello i have problems with skybox. when option 'disable all effects' disabled i have white skybox, if option enabled, i have normal skybox, work sun, moon, but without raindrops

Client startup language error

When using the GitHub version without being subscribed to the workshop addon, StormFox will fail to load properly with the following error:

Likely due to lua files not being readable by file.Read if they're sent over via lua cache.

Breathing effect is active even when player is dead.

Maybe add ply:Alive() check for breathing effect emitting?

Purple-Black Textures on map icons

in my gmod, lot of maps without icon. And in game i see translucent, but in StormFox i see Purple-Black icons!!!

Wind effect shouldn't use mass

It appears that in sv_propeffects.lua, the wind's force is multiplied by the object's mass. I don't think this is a good idea, as it means that large and heavy objects that should logically be more resistant are pushed by wind just as much as small, light objects that should logically fly off the ground in high winds. Makes the wind effect less interesting and realistic when every unfrozen prop is just gliding in the same direction at the same exact speed.

Considering GetSurfaceArea() is already taken into account, there's no reason to be using GetMass().

Make pure lua

You can use my branch. I've already done everything.

Lights start flashing at Night

Me and my Admins experience some problems at night ( StormFox night )
at Night the map lights are constantly flashing, they are turning on and off repeatedly, but like with Transition.

I don't know why it happens or what causes it, so I am asking if that is a Bug, or a feature.

Also: awesome work. This is the best weather addon for GMod I have ever seen.

I've recently discovered a LUA-Error coming from SF.

You can do it, i.e., with convar (sf_override_language)

StormFox and Dlib Error

For some reason when I have StormFox and Dlib installed on my bought server, this seems to make errors in my game server's console.
Whenever I try to do a DarkRP job command or just any chat command at all these errors come up and nothing happens.

I hope this can be fixed. for now, I'm removing dlib from my server.
And if this can't be fixed on this addon I'll post this error over at the dlib's github.
