UCRT

While searching the web for a way to make MinGW-w64 link to Microsofts Universal CRT I found this repository.

To me it seems as if this is the only attempt where someone started to actually implement the changes necessary to make it work. So my question is whether you are planning to continue this work and whether you can need some help in doing so. I would be very willing to provide my help.

Additionally it may be interesting to know whether you have been in contact with any of the MinGW maintainers and whether they are interested in supporting these efforts.
