Offline Mode

Decrypted QR Codes should be saved in the external memory of Pi and should be sent to the server as a .csv file after the lecture when the tutor presses another button on the Pi. If there is no internet, Pi should wait until getting in online mode and send the info to server. After getting a positive acknowledgement from the server, it should delete the .csv file.

Tutor Pages

The following pages dedicated to the tutor on the web interface should be implemented:

• Tutor enters the system with username and password

• Tutor is able to choose from three available options (from buttons): Change Password, Change Settings, and Calculate Bonus & Get List

• On the Change Password page, the tutor will be able to change his password by entering his old nd new passwords.

• On the Change Settings page, the tutor will enter the following fields and create a list:

1. #of groups

2. #of weeks

3. #of missed sessions

• The Calculate Bonus & Get List button will retrieve the list created above and send students notifications of whether they receive the bonus or not at the end of the semester.

User Sign Up System

The user should be able to register to the system's web interface using his/her name, surname, email, immatrikulation number and password and should select a group from a list of available options.

Server initialization

Server should be initialized with Google App Engine

QR Code Handling

Raspberry Pi decodes the QR code and updates server with student's information.

QR Code Scan

Raspberry Pi scans the QR code using the extension camera.

QR Code Generation

A unique QR code using the student's immatrikulation number, group number, number of current week and a random number generated in the server should be generated on the Android interface.
