[BUG] Pause unlock the player mechanics

Describe the bug
You can use the pause menu to unlock the player mechanics even the player mechanics aren't locked by the pause menu.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. After the tutorial the player can't move.
2. Open the pause menu.
3. Close the pause menu.
4. And now the player can move even the dialog is on screen.

Expected behavior
During the dialog after the tutorial the player can't move. Is expected that the player mechanics still disabled during this initial moment,
