A lot of exceptions being generated in console output

Please see attached console output. Check if we clean up any that we can

stream-jmx reporting Error 500: java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Deployed updated tnt4j-stream-jmx-was-0.6-SNAPSHOT.war file. Ran for about an hour. As soon as it reach UpperBound limit getting out of memory exception. Ran it twice, in both tests it took one hour (+- 15 min).

Full support for JMX mbeans comparable to JMX Console

Currently some attributes are missing and the hierarchy is not consistent with expected JMX mbeans

Unable to stream metrics when WAS security enabled

There is NO security constraints roles entered in the web.xml. I cant assign users to application.

Create Deployable application for starting stream JMX in application servers

Create a war file that can be deployed in application server

While all application servers should be targeted, it must support WAS application server
