Challenge_6

Purpose

The purpose of this project is to find properties in the San Francisco market that are viable investment opportunities by using data visualization superpowers, including aggregation, interactive visualizations, and geospatial analysis. The goal was to collect and analyze data in order to select a profitable location.

Technology

Pandas plotly hvplot Mapbox API

Use Case

Help real estate invesment firm executives identify the most profitable neighborhoods in SF through clean and understandable visualisations such as heatmaps and charts. Display locations that have high gross rent income with lower sale price per square foot.
