I open the program and it says "ERROR: SYNTAX"
and i can't figure out any way to fix it please help. TI84 + CE
The expression: (X^(2-π))²sin(X) is not parsed correctly into the program.
It'd be nice to have automatic tests being run for each commits, through Travis builds.
At least it'd help detecting regressions etc.
If you don't know how to set that up, I can help you do that, it's fairly simple :)
pc/main.c could be adapted to return a string of the result expression, or at worst we could just compare binaries with the expected values, but that's a bit more work...
This will lead to more effective and efficient simplifications and other operations on the ast
After trying to run the equation cos(tan(sqr(sin(x)))*sec^2(sqr(sin(x)))*1/2sin(x)^(-1/2)*cos(x), the calculator goes black for 1/2 second and then clears the ram. I'm assuming this is due to a limit of ram and the only way the calculator solves this is by clearing the ram.
sqrt((X^2+3)/(X+9)) does not have denominator quantified
sqrt(-x) outputs -x^(-1/2) instead of (-x)^(-1/2)
Crashes with large constants squared.
sin(AX) treats A as X instead of as a constant and returns wrong derivative
Equation logBASE(5, X) returns a wrong derivative
