Which fonts should be set in preamble.tex ?

I tried Noto Sans, Liberation Serif and Courier fonts but he script would produce a pdf with wrong spacing..I tried Fira Code and it worked...

What other fonts besides Fira Code works ?

Feature request: PDF - VIM help

Hi! I was wondering if the opposite was possible? Converting a PDF to VIM help file? There are none that I can find so it would be a cool feature to have! Just in case you're wondering why I ask, there are alot of outdated help plugins for vim, e.g; the official lua reference manual for vim hasn't been updated for over a decade (version 5.1, currently its 5.4 so missing three revisions) but they do have PDF files that are updated with each release, with this feature request it would be possible to add the missing manuals! Thank you for vimhelppdf! 🙏

Missing bookmark on Adobe Reader sidebar based on Cygwin make

Hi,

I am a Cygwin user with texlive installed. I comment out below 4 lines within preamble.tex due to no fonts 'Avenir Next' and 'Source Code Pro'.

% fontspec for the fonts (requires xelatex)
%\usepackage{fontspec}
%\setromanfont{Avenir Next}
%\setmonofont{Source Code Pro}

Then run make a4, generate vimhelp-a4.pdf. Open vimhelp-a4.pdf with Adobe Reader, see there is no bookmark on sidebar. Compare to official version, there is good bookmark on sidebar.

I observed many warning about bookmark on the building process like:

Package hyperref Warning: The anchor of a bookmark and its parent's must not 
(hyperref)                be the same. Added a new anchor on input line 29902.

I don't know whether above warning cause this issue. Anyways, it looks like this project was built and tested on Mac machine instead of Cygwin within Windows XP machine.
