Set PlatformTarget=AnyCPU for Platform=AnyCPU

On both WPF and WinForms projects, I have noticed that the PlatformTarget for Platform==AnyCPU is set to x86. Please consider setting these to AnyCPU instead.

Edit: I realize that there is only an x86 configuration in the solution level. Please consider supporting AnyCPU.

Monochrome + Random produces colorful output

When setting the color scheme to Monochrome and the Luminosity to Random, colors are generated, that are not monochrome anymore:

The link to randomColor http://llllll.li/randomColor/ doesn't display pertinent information anymore. I think the new URL might be https://randomcolor.lllllllllllllllll.com/ ? Or maybe just use the GitHub repo page https://github.com/davidmerfield/randomColor ? I don't know if this is actually the original source repo.
