Update s3 library to use v4 authentication

Look into https://github.com/aws/aws-sdk-go to see if the syncing will work in a similar way.

Access Denied errors should cause failure on exit.

os.Exit(1)

Use ~/.aws/credentials

Rather than environment variables.

This should clean up my scripts at https://github.com/nathany/hugo-deploy by taking advantage of the AWS Permissions option in CircleCI. I may also be able to move the whole post-only-when-on-master check into an .sh file without fear of credentials leaking.

CloudFront invalidations

Right now I'm using CloudFlare for TLS, but with the free AWS Certificate Manager, I'd like to look into CloudFront again, which means doing invalidations on deployment. Doing them by hand in the AWS Management Console is painful.

(Though, I'll probably wait on this until CloudFront supports HTTP/2)
