Crash with RelatedObjectDoesNotExist: DeviceBay has no device

Brief update: After patching this exception handling locally, I was able to get the entire import process to complete successfully. It took over 2 hours and ultimately used about 12GB of RAM. So there's certainly some room for improvement. But it worked!
