ValueError: Tensor conversion requested dtype float32 for Tensor with dtype string: 'Tensor("Const_1:0", shape=(), dtype=string, device=/device:CPU:0)'

For getting W/B from VGG19, I got error log as TITLE said, and after comparing with other source codes, I try to update as below (swtich '2' to '0'), then, the error disappeared, is it right? please help to find out reason.

def get_bias(vgg_layers, i):

Just want to run image not video style transfer but need XXX.NPZ which is not included in source code?

    CSR = load_sparse_csr(laplacian_mat)

Does image style transfer(not for video) need NPZ file or not? If need, could you please append it in source codes?
