J1939 DBC file is not public

Hi there,

It looks like this repository includes an old version of the J1939 DBC file.

This is not legal to share or use publicly as any use of the J1939 DBC and/or J1939 Digital Annex contents requires a legal license. Please remove any trace of the J1939 DBC (ideally by deleting this repository entirely and rebuilding it from scratch).

If users need a J1939 DBC file, they can acquire a legal version here: https://www.csselectronics.com/products/j1939-dbc-file
