Close button too close to tab title

Can be slightly too easy to close a tab when you want to change to it instead :-)

State saving is modal

Which means that it will interrupt whatever you're doing. Sometimes even what you're not actually in the app itself.

Would be nice if it just reported this in the status bar or similar, rather than in a pop up.

"Send to clipboard" transform

It would be nice to have the final result of a set of transforms be sent to the clipboard automatically. Tweak something up the chain and then get the result on the clipboard ready for pasting.

Python modules broken on Windows platforms

The Python binaries for 2.7.11 and 3.5.1 on Windows either make Pip3line crash or cannot be found.
Only tested on 64 bit version.
2.7.11 -> crash
3.5.1 -> the libraries are not installed globally anymore (there are multiple bugs logged, but not fixed)

current versions that works are:
Python 2.7.10
Python 3.4.4

Doesn't play nice with hidpi screens
