Images are remote in `gududuru`

There are a number of remote images in gududuru that start with:

https://i.ibb.co

Could you copy those images locally? I am having trouble hitting those URLs at the moment.

Timeline and Task List

• Pull requests in by graduation is May 25th (over next month). This is all coming from @taylorgibson.
• Give taylorgibson access to nccsm on sites.curvenote.com
• change the default domain to the ncssm.org
• PDF version is after, this is for the website
• Printer gets the margin lines, etc. table of contents, front-matter (forward, editors introduction, staff-listing, etc).
  • Have some way to show the frontmatter on the site(advise on this process)
• R submissions will create images that are not recognized by PDF, this need changes in MyST
• PDF template (Due May 12)

Adding ROR metadata

Spacing issue on website

On this article, there's a random space that isn't in the article.md file in the jonnavithula article.

Is this a bug?

Create a new repository for the website content?

I have created a start at the website content, ideally this can be in a separate GitHub repository. @taylorgibson do you think you could create a new repo and add me, and I will push what I have locally!

Citations are `(` instead of `[`.

The citations in a lot of places are in brackets, but these need to be [@citekey].

Move editors note to different folder

Currently the actions are expecting that all papers have a myst.yml, and are failing at the moment. This is something we should make less strict, but at the moment, I think we should move the editors note out of the papers folder into a different main directory, maybe journal?

We will also fix up the action, so this doesn't fail in the future:

DOI Issue

In the duru paper, the DOI (10.5402/2013/601303) referenced in the paper using @10.5402/2013/601303 is able to pull in all the metadata for the article, the link points to https://doi.org/10.5402/2013/601303, but that doi.org URL does not resolve to the correct article. The doi.org URL redirects to https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.1155/2013/601303, which you can see does not contain the correct DOI number. That URL in fact doesn't even exist and returns a 404 on the Wiley website.

We located the correct URL for the article, which not surprisingly is located at: https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/10.5402/2013/601303. Strangely, the correct website for the article also contains the doi.org URL that doesn't actually work.

Is this a doi.org issue, or a Wiley issue? Is there a workaround to make sure the correct link works in the duru paper.

Add cover image

The students would like to use this image as the basis for the cover art if possible. I've included their mock up for the cover, so if we could use that as a guide, it would be great!

Zhang Figures

There are a few figures that are potentially not included in the Zhang articles. Additionally, the caption should likely be removed from Figure 3 in the image (cropping the figure as the caption is in the text!).
