Scientists will use these results to support their theories on the effectiveness of crab camouflage in different natural habitats

Most sentences don't end with full stops but some do (well done page, live results page). For consistency these either all should have full stops, or none should.

From Martin:
One thing in the mean time - when playing the game, when a crab is found
is says where from (e.g. penryn river, Gylly etc). But most people wont
have a clue where these are. Best I think just to say you found a crab
from ‘rock pools’, ‘mud flats’, and ‘mussel beds’ or suchlike.
If go straight to results from front page, only option is to go back. Remove 'start' button.

Quit option is still there if you run out of time
(if click quit, it says average time is 0 seconds - which is kinda wrong!)
and add randomised assortment of crabs over shuffled 6/6/6 backgrounds.
Will you hunt as a predatory pollock or a hungry human?
They see the world differently....
Pollock
Dichromatic vision
Human
Trichromatic vision
Put the vision type above the predator – when quizzed, visitors had figured out that the predators had different vision through playing, but no one had noticed the text when selecting a predator.
Change to:

Would it be possible to place 'Next' on the right and 'Quit' on the left of the screen when players move on to the next crab? Most programs/ processes give you the option of continuing on the right ('OK', 'Continue' buttons etc.) and cancelling on the left, so it might make continuing to play the game a more intuitive process.
Make clear that the crab at the top of the columns is the hardest to spot in that habitat
