   Description:

   AsyncTask App Name is an Android application developed with Android Studio and Java, focusing on efficient background task execution using AsyncTask. This app provides a user-friendly interface and progress monitoring for background operations.

Getting Started

To run any of the projects locally, follow these steps:

Prerequisites

• Android Studio installed
• An Android device or emulator

Open the project in Android Studio.

• Launch Android Studio.
• Click on "File" in the top menu.
• Select "Open" and navigate to the location where you cloned the repository.
• Choose the your-appointment-app directory and click "OK."
• Build and run the app on an Android device or emulator.
