Shell script being created automatically based on the parameters supplied in the template file. EIDCPAPPSUP-1627

Hi mike, Please find my updated pull request. I think I have covered what I need.

Site.pp creates a shell script based on the template provided and names is according to the plone site name
template.erb has the parameters to create a site specific template with the variables filled in according to the site name.
name.sh - gets creates from the site.pp which sits on the develper machine with the template filled in with all the correct parameters.
Please can you check this.

ps. Sorry its a bit late was getting some errors and then was trying to remind my self to commit using the command line. It all looks good to me now.
