there are like 14 repositories that need to be checked before making them public. it's a lot of work that needs to be done that obviously nobody wants to do

Many people would like to see the source code of the exploit
The exploit part is 1-10 lines of code (depending if you count the multi-exploits used with it in the years) and it was shown in the video. Releasing the tracking code would not make the exploit any more believable or not believable and the important part was released and you can test this all yourself if you can program but the current program would be unusable for you as the slave code depends on proprietary Future client software and the master server (that depends on micro services and database service).

That is one of the many things that will probably not be made open source and so will many other things but some useless things that don't contain anything sensitive or interesting will be open source but I feel like it would be better to make a better write up of the algorithms instead of just giving out useless copypasta of code that no one who is not experienced can't understand.
