Config Vars:

1. API_ID : Get it from https://my.telegram.org/apps
2. API_HASH : Get it from https://my.telegram.org/apps
3. AUTH_USERS : Your telegram I'd use this bot @UploadLinkToFileBot and use /info
4. BANNED_USERS : Type the user id to be banned
5. TG_BOT_TOKEN : Get it from @Botfather
6. UPDATE_CHANNEL : For Force Subscribe. Paste your Update channel USERNAME (without @)
7. WEBHOOK : Setting this to ANYTHING will enable webhooks when in env mode
