With PHP 8.1 and WHMCS Version: 8.6.1

There are other errors coming after changing the {0} and {1} for [0] and [1], I think the libraries are out-of-date.

Compatibility with WHMCS 8.X.X?

Can`t get to work with WHMCS 8.0.2.

WHMCS isfinnish parameter is missing when sending Modify Contact Details form request

EPP Request XML is required to have contact:isfinnish according to the https://registry.domain.fi/s/docs/EPP_Rajapintakuvaus.pdf

contact:isfinnish parameter value that is required and must be either 0 or 1 is not added to the final EPP Request XML, so with the response comes Error 2003: Required parameter missing: isfinnish is null.

Steps reproduce this bug in WHMCS:

1. Registrar Commands -> Modify Contact Details -> Select Use Following Details
2. Fill the required info and submit the form
3. You will get Registrar Error _Error 2003: Required parameter missing: isfinnish is null

Change license

As the Metaregistrar EPP client used by this plugin is GPLv2 licensed, this plugin cannot be LGPLv2 licensed as it currently is.

The license needs to be changed to GPLv2 and all contributors need to agree.
