backpack.tf-miscellaneous-extensions's Introduction

backpack.tf * Miscellaneous Extensions

This is an userscript to add miscellaneous functionality to backpack.tf (which I would have liked for myself). Currently included is:

  • In inventories add a Group by paint
  • In inventories add a Group by spell (including grouping and displaying double spelled items)
  • In inventories add a Group by level
  • In inventories add a Group by scm price
  • In inventories add a Group by Classifieds (shows you all the listed items)
  • In inventories add a Group by Craft numbers (cases and crates have their own category)
  • In inventories add a Group by Killstreak Kits (group by effect, click again to group by sheen)
  • Allow the reversion of the groups from a sort
  • Filter by class on backpack.tf/effect/
  • For unusuals you can not only filter for class but now also filter for miscs (manually curated list, if you want more open an issue)
  • Improve classifieds / premium search
    • Autocomplete skin names
    • Filter unusual effects
  • Marketplace link for any item
  • Premium search for decorated weapons
  • Spells are highlighted in inventories (green dotted lower border for 1 spell, red for multiple spells)
  • If possible a trade offer link will be added to the profile links, so you can offer a trade even when the user has no listed item
  • Utilities for Killstreak Kits
    • Shortcuts to different Killstreak tiers of one weapon, including shortcuts to either the fabricators or kits

Installation

backpack.tf-miscellaneous-extensions's Issues

Marketplace link not working on skins

E.g. if we look at this item

https://backpack.tf/stats/Strange/Rainbow%20%7C%20Flame%20Thrower%20(Field-Tested)/Tradable/Craftable

If we press on the marketplace icon

We are taken to the wrong page

When in reality the page should be:

https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/15090;11;w3;pk67

For some reason we get:

https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/208;11;w3;pk67

instead of

https://marketplace.tf/items/tf2/15090;11;w3;pk67

Everything in the link is right, except that it shows 208 rather than 15090, which I believe it means it is using 208 (the weapon number for the flame thrower) rather than 15090 which is the weapon number for a decorated flame thrower and/or a rainbow skinned flamethrower (e.g. if we change it to 15091 in the link we get the rainbow grenade launcher for demoman)

Potentially @ZeusJunior could fix if @NetroScript if no longer working on this?

Looks like we had the same idea

Hi,

I noticed this repo was last updated 3/4th of a year ago and decided to fork it and edit myself.
You must've noticed or its just a nice timing because today you added spells being marked on compare links which i just finished locally.

Thought it might be an idea to edit this together instead if you're interested. My steam link:
