Support multiple notifications

We need to add support for notification per download. Should be enough to have a map (channel_id -> fileDownload) to update correct notification.

FileDownload State is not completely set

We should update the minRange to be equal to maxRange in db when the download is completed. And in the constructor we should check and set the correct state and notify UI so that it can correctly show the right state. It must also be added to availables table also once the download is complete

Find a way to not have "usesCleartextTraffic=true" if possible

In reference to c096395, it was set because android won't allow connections to HTTP URLs by default. The current solution may not be the optimal one.

CreateRoomSubpage: URL textInputLayout's HelperText TextAppearance is not correctly set the first time

The TextAppearance of the URL TextInputLayout's helper text is not correctly set the first time. The TextAppearance style is only correctly set after changing the URL to an invalid one after the very first try. Note the color of the helper text when trying to reproduce this issue.
