setup insufficient

Hullo developers,

Sorry I'm a bit slow getting started on my review.

I just cloned and did source olivia_setup.sh with IC already setup properly and the environment activated (IC-3.7-2018-11-14 on MAC).

I tried to run the tests as a starting point (pytest -v olivia/...) and I get import errors, for example:

ImportError while importing test module '/Users/laingandrew/Documents/NEXT/IC_stuff/Olivia/olivia/histogram_functions_test.py'.
Hint: make sure your test modules/packages have valid Python names.
Traceback:
olivia/histogram_functions_test.py:12: in
from .. reco import histogram_functions as histf
E ImportError: attempted relative import with no known parent package

It looks like something is missing from the setup or I misunderstand how the setup should be done. Please, in any case, add a README with instructions and advise.
