Library build steps

1. Each library should build separate.
2. After build library mast be tested
3. Version incremented
4. Upload to host storage with lib, dll, so, dylib, framework files and version_str for separate compilers folders.
5. Automatically update installer? Create installer should get packages from host storage (dev?).

Migrate to python3

Buildbot is dropping support for Python 2.7. Users are encouraged to migrate to Python 3 as soon as possible.
