No error is displayed when cancelling the size or region dialog without an option selected

If #1 is added, this will no longer be an issue.

Use a variable for setting the default menu entry highlight

Each time you go back to the top menu, the first menu option is highlighted. If you close the region dialog, for example, and the region setting was automatically highlighted on the top menu again, the cursor memory could help navigation.

Confirm that dialog is installed before running

If dialog is not installed, dodc will simply loop over and over again with no output.

Pre-select size and region when opening dialog

Because dialog is one command with many parameters, it'll take a bit more thinking to arbitrarily change one of the parameters from off to on.
