Handle Aggregate names with multiple words

Allow e.g social user or social-user as the name of the aggregate.

Todos

• Fix filenames
• Make sure placeholders use the new aggregateName sub-property for each appropriate case
• Class template includes an extra prop name that is not universally applicable.
  • Find a way to remove that property & still have valid upsert tests for the Repo

Add an entrypoint for the whole aggregate

Add an entrypoint index.js for the whole aggregate.

Todos

• The entrypoint should export an instance of the Service
• Avoid DI'ing the Repo's for setting up the Aggregate.
  • Instead, instantiate the Repos within the setup/entrypint
  • Allow for the entrypoint to instantiate mock Repo's for testing

Goal is to avoid complex setup for setting up the Aggregate (setting up the Repos externally, DI'ing them into the Service, etc)
