When I installed the app to two android phones, one of the apps will close immediately after the registration of both phone.

After registration, the app cannot be opened simultaneously on two phone. One of the app will be closed and even killed automatically. The phone with the app opened will show meeting inserted. When I checked the firestore, I can find the meeting record. However, when I changed my status, no message is received by the other phone. Do u know the reason behind? During the setup for backend, do I need to make any changes in the firestore folder? I changed the default string in firebaserc to the default id of my firebase project. Is it correct? The googleservice.json file download straight away from the firebase right?
