Could not find driver

Hi,
I install your boilerplate at server (U20) but app not connect to pgsql.

$ php bin/console doctrine:database:create
[critical] Error thrown while running command "doctrine:database:create". Message: "An exception occurred in driver: could not find driver"

In AbstractPostgreSQLDriver.php line 102:
  An exception occurred in driver: could not find driver

In Exception.php line 18:
  could not find driver

In PDOConnection.php line 38:
  could not find driver

pdo_psql PHP module is running in php-fpm container
