Refused to execute script from '<URL>' because its MIME type ('text/html') is not executable, and strict MIME type checking is enabled.

I have nextcloud working perfectly fine, only issue is I cannot install any custom apps such as contacts for example. I've tried chown, chmod on custom_apps and anything else I can think of to no avail. Am I looking in the wrong place to fix this issue? Also 'include /etc/nginx/mime.types;' exists in nginx which I think is suppose to fix this problem?
