Add skill/weapon info for inheritance

add skill's parent (the skill that has to be learnt first)
add color and type of weapon
add inheritable attribute for weapon (eg legendary weapons like Dire Thunder are locked, Dance/Sing are not inheritable)
add inheritance impossibility attributes for passives (excluded_color and excluded_type) (can include the previous point by excluding everything)

I'm doing weapons and assists atm.

Missing skills and incorrect max specials

Chrom and Lucina's maxed specials aren't Aether.
Atk/Def +1 and Swift Sparrow 1 are missing despite Atk/Res +1 existing. This will cause a problem for inheritance and advanced skill displaying.
Iron weapons and equivalent tomes don't exist due to the app only going as far as 3 stars. Will it be a problem in the future or is it negligible?
