Reset Timer

Is it possible to have a reset timer so after a timeout period, the sequence starts again at the beginning? or have a 2nd switch that resets the sequence?

Use case: Get halfway through a sequence of light settings to get to the desired setting, switch lights off and then next day want to start at the beginning of the sequence rather than where you left off the previous day.
